Organizations, especially non-profit ones, struggle to maintain and grow their membership. Membership retention is a crucial determinant of success. It is also a factor for high morale and productivity among existing members.
Yet, a 2017 survey by Advanced Solutions International showed that 51 percent of the respondents saw an increase in their membership compared to 55 percent in 2016. Overall, 70 percent of the respondents felt confident that their membership and fundraising are on a positive track in the next five years.
